The history of KROTITEL RIZIK s.r.o. dates back to March 2005, when Ing. Jan Janura, who had just graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, successfully passed the examination of a professionally qualified person in risk prevention at the Occupational Safety Research Institute and began trying his luck in the field of occupational safety as an entrepreneur. Since then, our legislation has undergone many changes, which has forced us to constantly improve and upgrade our education in this field. A fundamental change occurred on January 1, 2007, when Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor Code, and Act No. 309/2006 Coll., stipulating further requirements for health and safety at work in labor relations and concerning occupational health and safety protection in activities or services provided outside labor relations (Act on Further Requirements on Occupational Health and Safety) came into force. In 2007 we started working together with the Ivana Kubíčková – T.E.P. training center by taking the professionally qualified person in fire protection course and successfully passing the examination of a professionally qualified person in fire protection. Since then, we have been taking all examinations of professional competence necessary for providing high-quality services in occupational safety and fire protection at this center. In order to provide truly flawless services to our clients, in 2008 Ing. Jan Janura took courses at this training center to earn the Certificate of Professional Competence under the new Labor Code and the Professional Competence of a Coordinator for safety and health matters on the construction site, which he completed successfully by passing the examinations. Over time, as the scope expanded, we made the decision in September 2010 to establish KROTITEL RIZIK s.r.o. as the full-fledged successor of the entrepreneur.
